Delivery On The Day (Monday - Friday)
Your balloon will be sent by AnPost Express or Fastway Couriers for delivery between 7am and 5pm on your chosen day. All gifts usually delivered within 1-2 days. You can select delivery method and desired delivery date on Checkout Page.
What if my delivery is delayed?
We always do our job on time and so all orders are dispatched the day before you selected delivered date. However we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by courier company so in event if your parcel delay please contact with your tracking number directly, AnPost Customer service by 01 705 7600 or Fastway Customer Service here: http://www.fastway.ie/contact-us
Same Day Courier by Deadline couriers - Dublin 1 to 24
If you required Same Day delivery please order before 12pm and select Courier on Checkout page. Your gift will be delivered that same day before 8pm. Please let us know recipient contact number on Checkout. NOTE: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone will be present to sign for the gift, which will be delivered by third party couriers.

If recipient is out
If no-one is available at the delivery address to sign for the balloon a card will be left informing the recipient that a delivery attempt has been made. This card gives a phone number and clear instructions on how to get the balloon re-delivered or where the balloon can be picked up from.
Q. How are the balloons delivered?
A. In a large white box, fully sealed with no clue as to the contents, the gift will be a complete surprise.
Q. Who delivers your balloons?
A. All balloons are delivered by AnPost, Fastway or Deadline Courier.
Q. At what time will my balloons be delivered?
A. This depends on the delivery type you choose. The Express Post could be delivered between 7am and 5pm. The courier services available between 11am and 8pm
Q. What happens if nobody is home?
A. A card will be left giving instructions on where to collect the box. If you wish this to be left with a neighbor please advise in advance (via email) and a note can be placed on the box with this request. (There is no guarantee that this can always be done)
Q. Can the box be left in a porch or doorway?
A. No, sorry. The box requires a signature on delivery and cannot be left without one.
Q. I need a signature to prove this was delivered, can I get one?
A. Yes, but this takes about 3-5 days to arrive.
Q. I need to change the address/message/other details. Can I do this after the order has been confirmed?
A. Yes, we are more than happy to change anything. Please send us email to firstname.lastname@example.org However we can only do this as long as the box has not been dispatched.
Q. My box is being delivered today. I need to change the address. Is this possible?
A. No, an address cannot be altered after the box has been dispatched.
Q. If I want to send a gift anonymously, is this possible?
A. Yes, no information other than your message for the card is ever passed to recipients, even if we are called by phone.
