No. Along with the gift, we include only Gift Tag or a Greeting Card with your personal message. No details are sent which lists the value of the gift you have purchased. Instead this is automatically emailed to you when you place your order.
Yes, you can select delivery day on checkout page when completing your order. Although we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, we will try our very best to have your gift arrive on the requested day.
Please remember that no deliveries take place on weekends of bank holidays.
We always do our job on time and so all orders are dispatched the day before you selected delivered date. Your gift will be dispatched one day before selected delivered date. We cannot guarantee delivery on specific day as we use third party nationwide couriers who deliver our gifts via hundreds of local drivers.
If no-one is available at the delivery address to sign for the balloon a card will be left informing the recipient that a delivery attempt has been made. This card gives a phone number and clear instructions on how to get the balloon re-delivered or where the balloon can be picked up from.
