How To Order
Our website designed to ensure finding and ordering gifts is easy. Each order can contain one or more gifts and can be sent to one recipient's address. If you're buying gifts for two recipients at two locations, you'll need to place two separate orders.
Unfortunately no we accept only online orders and payments.
You can order gift in advance when it is convenient to you, then select delivery date on checkout page.
Once you have chosen a suitable gift, click the 'Add to Cart' button this will add the gift in your shopping cart. When you are ready to buy your gift(s), click the 'Checkout' link at the top right hand side of the page.
Yes. The unique Eircode will help accurately direct parcels to your recipient. If you do not have Eircode please find it on www.eircode.ie
Yes, the courier company may contact recipient to confirm address or delivery time if it is absolutely necessary.
No. Along with the gift, we include only Gift Tag or a Greeting Card with your personal message. No details are sent which lists the value of the gift you have purchased. Instead this is automatically emailed to you when you place your order.
Yes if you complete the Gift Tag message field when placing an order. You can also send a gift anonymously if you add it as instructions with your order.

Yes, we are more than happy to change anything. Please send us email to support@ballooninabox.ie However we can only do this as long as the box has not been dispatched.
Delivery
All gifts usually delivered within 1-2 working days.
Yes, you can select delivery day on checkout page when completing your order. Although we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, we will try our very best to have your gift arrive on the requested day.
Please remember that no deliveries take place on weekends of bank holidays.
We always do our job on time and so all orders are dispatched the day before you selected delivered date. However we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by courier company so in event if your parcel delay please contact with your tracking number directly, GLS service by 01 8606200 or Fastway Customer Service here: http://www.fastway.ie/contact-us
No, unfortunately at present it is not possible to specify a delivery time. Your gift will be sent by DPD Couriers for delivery between 7am and 5pm, Monday - Friday.
Yes. We can dispatch your gift with Deadline Courier within Dublin area. Please select Same Day delivery on Checkout page.
We will dispatch your gift 1 day before selected delivered date.
Orders received before 2pm can be processed same day. Although we cannot guarantee next day delivery as we use third party nationwide couriers who deliver our gifts via hundreds of local drivers.

If you believe your recipient or someone on their behalf may not be at home for delivery, perhaps you can specify a suitable work address.
If no-one is available at the delivery address to sign for the balloon a card will be left informing the recipient that a delivery attempt has been made. This card gives a phone number and clear instructions on how to get the balloon re-delivered or where the balloon can be picked up from.
We partnering with DPD, Deadline and other local couriers to offer flexible delivery options. The available shipping options for the chosen destination will be presented during checkout.
